If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, just return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping cost. Please contact us prior to initiating a return so that we can issue you a refund authorization. Simply email us your order ID to service@prohapi.com.

18-month warranty for quality-related issues

For 18 months after the date of purchase, we take care of all quality related issues with a REPLACEMENT OR FULL REFUND.

Friendly reminder: Make sure to first read any enclosed user manual and that you have used the product as instructed. Please also send us photos of the defective parts of the product you received.
